We currently have an available positon in our janitorial department.
This position is janitorial work with light maintenance. You need to be a self-starter with an eye for details and items that need completion. A work schedule must be followed. You will check, complete and initiate work orders, scheduling and prioritize tasks from the office. Communication skills are necessary. Hired candidate will have 2 weeks of on-site training with current staff. Must keep track of and turn in all purchasing receipts with written reports and time cards.
Participate in walk-through inspections for all common areas:
- Assess any damage to the property
- Note status of Spa, Pool and Clubhouse grounds
- Note each building’s general condition
JANITORIAL
- Identify items that need attention and complete.
- Interior and exterior cleaning.
- Keeping bathrooms clean and stocked with paper products.
- Cleaning gym equipment
- Experience with floor cleaning machinery.
- Clean and seal tile/grout
- General understanding of cleanliness and expectations of the property.
MID-LEVEL TECHNICIAN
- Identifying leaks – properly documenting leak information.
- Checking emergency lights
- Replace emergency lights
- Correspond and coordinate with outside vendors
- Repair minor electrical and troubleshoot
- Painting patching.
- Change locks, adjust doors, gates.
- Power-washing including water reclamation.
- Diagnose leak origin, cut drywall, moisture testing.
- Oversee projects.
- Carpentry skills, stucco repairs.
- Must be able to keep a clean, organized work space.

SENIOR COMMUNITY MANAGERS Senior Community Managers are the primary contact with Boards of Directors, Homeowners, and private contractors serving the association. This active position includes inspecting the assigned communities on a weekly basis, initiating correspondence, assigning work orders and monitoring work, solicitation of bids, processing design review requests, preparation for and attending board meetings (usually in the evening), preparation and presentation of all financials, working hand-in-hand with an assigned community manager and/or an administrative assistant.
COMMUNITY MANAGER Community Managers have contact with Boards of Directors, Homeowners, and private contractors serving the association. The manager will handle homeowners calls, assign work orders, solicit bids, process design review requests, handle notices and violations, do financial data review. Competent computer skills and knowledge of the following programs would be helpful: Microsoft Word, Excel. Due to the high volume of correspondence it is necessary to have the ability to effectively communicate orally and in written forms.
ACCOUNTANT/BOOKKEEPER Accountant/Bookkeepers provide full accounting services to a number of assigned associations. This includes accounts receivable, accounts payable, interaction with title companies, maintenance of checking/savings accounts, production of modified-accrual financial reports, follow up on delinquent accounts, and interaction with CPA's during audits and reviews.
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT There are different types of clerical positions available: filing, routing, copying, and processing of incoming and outgoing mail/faxes or secretarial in nature: receptionist, typing, preparing and assembling mass mailings, and other related functions, all of which require a competent and cheerful attitude. Due to the high volume of correspondence it is necessary to have the ability to effectively communicate orally and in written forms.
ONSITE COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT Onsite Community Managers help to manage all the common elements pertaining to an association. This position is as diversified in duties as it is in location, placement from the suburbs to Downtown. Community Manager's help to enforce rules and regulations, supervise maintenance activities, and also know and abide by all governing documents. This position has maintained office hours and also the requirement of accessibility, by cell phone, all days of the week. |
